Privacy Policy

1. Local game data

The game saves puzzle progress, unlocked chapters, collected memories, language, sound preferences and manual box-placement settings in private storage on your headset. These settings let you continue where you stopped.

The developer does not receive these local saves. Android backup and app-data transfer are disabled in this build. Replaying a chapter resets that chapter's puzzle state while retaining unlocked chapters and collected memories.

2. Mixed reality and Meta platform services

Mechanical Secrets uses Meta's Spatial SDK for rendering, headset, hand and controller interaction, and passthrough. In builds with hand tracking, hand poses and pinch gestures are processed on-device solely to control the game. It responds to headset/hand/controller poses and selections during play. The game does not implement access to raw camera images, record your room, save hand- or controller-motion histories or upload spatial maps. Table placement is adjusted manually; the game does not scan for tables or store room anchors.

The release build uses Meta's Platform SDK to verify ownership of the game. The developer does not request your Meta profile or friends list and does not save a Meta user ID.

Meta may process account, purchase, device and diagnostic information under its own policies. This platform processing is separate from the local game save. Read Meta's Privacy Policy for details.

The game does not offer advertising, in-app purchases, multiplayer chat or a separate developer account. Game content is packaged locally; platform services may require a network connection.

3. Support messages you choose to send

If you email hohiep102@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you choose to include. We use them to respond to your request and investigate issues. Do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

The support mailbox is hosted by Google's Gmail service. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to and resolve the request, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion using the same email address. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for advertising.

4. This website

This website is hosted on Hostinger. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page and request time, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, third-party embedded media, a contact form or account registration to these pages. The site does not set its own tracking cookies.

Links to Meta and email services take you to services with their own privacy practices. Emails and hosting services may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

5. Deletion and your choices

• Local game saves: clear the app's storage using the headset's app-storage controls, or uninstall the app. This removes local progress and preferences. We cannot restore these local saves.
• Support messages: email hohiep102@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you sent to us. We may need enough information to verify that the request is yours.
• Meta records: use Meta's account and privacy controls for information that Meta manages. Uninstalling the game does not delete your Meta account, purchase history or messages already sent to support.

You may also have rights under the privacy laws that apply where you live, including the right to contact your local data-protection authority. Contact us if you have a question about how to exercise those rights.

6. Children and personal information

The game does not ask players to enter names, birthdays or contact information. Parents or guardians can contact us about personal information a child may have sent to support. Availability of the game for different account age groups is governed by Meta and the game's Store age rating.

7. Changes and contact

If the game's or website's data handling changes, we will update this page and its effective date. This policy applies to Mechanical Secrets and these game website pages, not to other apps or services from the same publisher.
