Getting started

Select Begin the story, then Read the letter. Each ring has six positions, from 0 to V. Watch the rule shown for the current seal: later mechanisms can link or reverse the rings.

Align the rings, select Release latch, Turn the key, then Keep the memory. Completing a chapter opens the next one.

Playing with your hands

In version 0.5.2, set both controllers down and keep your hands visible to the headset. The mixed-reality panel shows Hands ready when hand input is active. Place your fingers in the glowing recessed well at 0. Pinch your thumb and index finger to grip, move your hand around the ring, then release to set the number. The well turns gold while held. Holding still does not turn the ring. Read the numbers at the fixed front mark, from outside inward: 1 Sun, 2 Moon, 3 Star.

Pinch and release to select the latch, key or keepsake. You can also touch the menu buttons or select them with a pinch. If tracking is lost, open your hand before pinching again. Touch controllers remain optional. The rings use direct hand grips; the latch, key and keepsake use pointing and pinch selection. Free grabbing of the entire box is not implemented.

Stuck on a lock?

Select A little hint. Three hint levels move from a clue to an explanation and then a sequence of turns. Chapters with several seals reveal another letter when a seal is released.

Adjust the box to your table

In mixed reality, open Table setup and adjust height, distance, sideways position and size. Use recenter after changing where you sit or face. While adjusting the table, ring input is paused. Select Return to the box to resume playing. Alignment is manual; the game does not detect furniture automatically.

Saving, replay and language

Progress is saved locally. Use the memory archive to revisit unlocked chapters. Replaying preserves collected memories and unlocked chapters. Clearing app data or uninstalling deletes your local save.

English is the default. Select VI for Vietnamese and EN to return to English.

Ownership check

Launch the Store build with the Meta account that has access to the game. If the check cannot complete, check your connection and try again.

Report a problem

Email your headset model, app version, chapter name and the steps that led to the issue. A screenshot is helpful if it does not reveal anything private. Never send passwords or payment details.
